Customer Success & Internal Advisor Service Ajax

Boyer Chevrolet Buick GMC Ajax, part of the Boyer Auto Group, is looking for a Customer Success & Internal Advisor to join our Service Department team. With over 40 years of family-owned experience, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive workplace where teamwork and customer experience come first. You’ll support both the front-end cashier area and our appointment coordination/BDC functions, including answering calls and booking service appointments. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist service customers in a friendly, skilled manner. Process payments and complete service cashier transactions accurately. Answer incoming service department phone calls. Book and confirm service appointments. Provide follow-up support for scheduling and customer inquiries Help coordinate communication between Service Advisors and customers. Keep accurate records in dealership systems. Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish. What We’re Looking For: A positive, friendly attitude and willingness to help customers. Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone. Valuable communication and basic organization skills. Ability to multitask in a busy, team-based environment. Basic computer skills (training provided on dealership systems). Customer service, reception, retail, or dealership experience is an asset.
