Duties include: · Inspect raw and finish products for quality and food safety · Follow all procedures in the product recipe · Weigh, count or portion food · Clean stations · Wear proper PPE’s as outlined by company policy and OSSA · Follow Production charts and built to · Assemble orders · Clean as you go · Stock items for stations · Season Chicken · prepare side items · Take food safety time and temps. of items · Inform mgmt. of any safety issues · Work with other coworkers to get the job done · Clean Dishes · Communicate with other employees, customers and managers.
