Generations Cleaning is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter for a warehouse facility in Ajax. This is a full-time weekday position ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments. Job Details - Location: Ajax, ON - Schedule: Monday to Friday - Shift Length: 8:00am-4:00pm - Pay: $18.00 per hour - Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities - Maintain cleanliness throughout warehouse office areas, washrooms, lunchrooms, hallways, entrances, and common areas - Empty garbage and recycling bins - Clean and disinfect washrooms and high-touch surfaces - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Restock washroom and kitchen supplies - Clean glass, doors, counters, tables, and shared surfaces - Monitor entrances and maintain clean, safe walkways during wet weather conditions - Maintain overall presentation of the facility throughout the shift Requirements - Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset - Ability to work independently and stay organized - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting cleaning equipment/supplies - Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness What We Offer - Consistent full-time weekday schedule - Supportive team setting - Stable long-term opportunity - Training provided Apply today to join the Generations Cleaning team!
