Take your recruiting skills to the next level with this remote full-cycle Recruiter position in the Greater Toronto Area. Focus on a diversity-driven approach to attract and retain top talent.
In this full-time, three-month contract role, you will oversee the recruitment process, from building a talent pipeline to ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, your role will involve coordinating with hiring managers and utilizing data analytics to enhance recruiting efforts. A collaborative team atmosphere awaits you, fostering both knowledge and performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities:• Source and manage candidates throughout the hiring process • Collaborate to define role specifications and hiring needs • Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely updates • Employ ATS for tracking time-to-fill and quality-of-hire • Participate in recruitment events to boost company visibility
Requirements:• At least 3 years of recruiting experience essential • Capable of managing full-cycle recruiting • Strong communication skills in English; French a bonus • Proficient in data and analytics for recruitment strategies • Knowledge of Ontario employment laws required
