Maintenance Attendants and Janitors– Hydro‑Québec Eastern James Bay Aramark offers a 15/13 work rotation. Employees receive transportation by airplane from the Bagotville and Rouyn‑Noranda airports, as well as meals and a private room accommodation on site with washer and dryer available.
Salary:
$22.97 per hour. Salary will increase according to the current collective agreement after a 300‑hour probation period.
Schedule:
70 hours per week; after 55 hours, overtime is paid at time and a half.
Job Responsibilities
Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Maintain a clean and orderly environment to ensure the safety and health of others.
Clean assigned areas in accordance with Aramark and client standards and requirements.
Perform housekeeping duties.
Follow established safety regulations.
Perform any other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Must be versatile.
Experience working in a remote camp is an asset.
Must be able to follow safety procedures and basic precautions due to physical risks and the handling of hazardous chemicals.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong organizational skills; courteous, sociable, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
WHMIS certification is an asset.
Ability to meet operational needs.
