Acuren and its affiliate entities are a leading provider of wind turbine rotor blade inspection, repair, and other services in North America. Combined with the use of rope access technology and inspection expertise, we provide a comprehensive inspection and repair solution for the wind industry.
We are currently seeking a highly organized Inventory Coordinator to support our Wind Turbine Maintenance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technicians have the tools, parts, and materials they need to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Position Details:
Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6-week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This would vary depending on project and client requirements
Start Date: Approximately May 25, 2026.
Duration: 3 months; may vary depending on project and client requirements
Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 (Payrates are based upon level of experience and Tech Level/Certifications)
Location&Travel: Quebec, Flights and accommodations provided

Responsibilities
Manage and track all onsite inventory including tools, parts, and consumables for wind turbine maintenance activities
Coordinate material requests with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely availability of required components
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and spreadsheets
Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder materials to avoid downtimeOrganize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Coordinate logistics for shipping, returns, and transfers between sites or warehouses
Support outage planning by ensuring all required materials are staged and available ahead of scheduled work
Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
Work closely with procurement, operations, and site leadership teams
Requirements
Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or logistics (industrial or energy sector preferred)
GWO Certifications BST, BTT and ART
Bilingual in English and French (strongly preferred)
Experience supporting field teams in construction, wind, oil&gas, or similar industries is a strong asset
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proficient with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently in a remote or site-based environment
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Physically capable of lifting, moving, and organizing materials as required
Valid driver’s license (site access may require travel)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in wind turbine maintenance or renewable energy projects
Knowledge of safety procedures and site compliance standards
