Help transform the lives of lung cancer patients at Cancer Pulmonaire Canada as a Part-Time Bilingual Social Worker. This remote role requires fluency in French and English to provide essential support.

As an integral part of the Airways of Hope initiative, you will assess psychosocial needs and deliver tailored counseling and group support. Working virtually, you’ll build connections with patients and healthcare professionals while documenting each step of the support process. This role aims to expand French services for patients and their families across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct psychosocial assessments via phone or video • Develop and lead both French and English support groups • Evaluate and adapt patient needs to improve service • Collaborate with oncology health professionals • Keep detailed records of program outcomes

Requirements:• Degree or Master’s in recognized social work • Member in good standing with OTSTCFQ • At least 3 years in a relevant field • Strong bilingual communication abilities • Experience with virtual support group settings
