Intact . What You’ll Do Here
Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information. Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival. Maintain and update telephone lists. Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms. Manage scanning for electronic mail. Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.Other duties as assigned. College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. What We Offer
