Advance customer relations as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Leap Tools, focusing on Enterprise clientele. Enjoy a remote-first environment while driving retention and satisfaction.
This position requires at least three years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically with Enterprise customers. You will oversee key performance indicators, nurturing relationships and advocating for client needs with internal teams. Engage with C-suite executives, mentor team members, and ensure that all records are meticulously maintained in our Customer Success software.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage customer relationships throughout their lifecycle • Evaluate and report on Customer Health and Retention metrics • Serve as a mentor to improve team performance • Collect customer feedback and collaborate for improvements • Maintain comprehensive customer records
Requirements:• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management • Proven experience with large Enterprise accounts • Professional engagement with C-suite executives • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce • Strong verbal and written communication skills
