Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in French and English to join its remote customer care team in Quebec. You will provide seamless support to customers across Williams-Sonoma brands, assisting with orders, returns, product information, and delivery scheduling.

Role Overview This role is ideal for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments. You’ll be trained to handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues efficiently, and inspire loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Address customer questions regarding products and deliveries

Place orders, process returns, and issue replacements or credits

Provide product information and alternative solutions for out-of-stock items

Negotiate and appease customers using company guidelines

Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures

Deliver attentive, personalized service to build customer loyalty

Candidate Requirements

High School diploma or GED

1–2 years of customer service experience

Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and data entry skills

Ability to complete mandatory 4-week paid training

Experience in performance-based or metric-driven environments

Technical Requirements

Desktop/laptop with Windows 10 or macOS 10.15+ (no Chromebook/Windows 7/8 RT/10 S)

8 GB RAM, wired USB headset with microphone

Ethernet cable connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)

Webcam (640x480 minimum resolution)

Landline or mobile device for multi-factor authentication

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $18.50/hour (Quebec)
