Real Estate Finance Analysts

for a premier project with one of the world's top AI labs. In this role, you will contribute your subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project involving frontier large language models. Specifically, you will craft high-quality, challenging problems in your domain expertise with real-world applicability to inform the future of AI innovation.Ideal Qualifications:

Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field from a top US/Canada/UK/New Zealand/Australia university Experience with real estate databases (CoStar, Zillow, MLS systems, municipal GIS portals, property assessment databases) 2+ years of professional experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, or property analysisHigh attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent proficiency in English Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia Key Responsibilities:

Work asynchronously with a team of highly qualified experts across your domain Craft real estate analysis tasks involving property database searches, zoning data extraction, and parcel information retrieval across municipal and commercial platforms Create detailed evaluation rubrics for AI agent performanceWork 15-20 hours per week with potential for increased hours and extension Work is fully remote and asynchronous Role Start Date

This role will begin in early December with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Interview Process
