($18.50 + $3.00 premium) Uniform provided Be part of a dynamic team Play an essential role in one of the most well-known hotels in the region Career advancement and growth opportunities YOUR MISSION: Under the supervision of the immediate superior, the incumbent will assume the responsibilities of a Housekeeping Attendant as well as those of an Housekeeping Supervisor:Plan and coordinate daily work activities Inspect designated areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety standards, and company policies Supervise a unionized workforce Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees Perform room cleaning and upkeep Replace the Housekeeping Manager when requiredOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Strong communication and leadership skills Initiative and autonomy Excellent organizational and planning skills Rigor and integrity Good verbal communication skills in French Additionally, the candidate must: Have 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry Have experience managing a work teamBe available to work weekends Be comfortable working in a unionized environment Schedule: Flexible schedule based on operational needs, including daytime dans weekend shifts (30 to 40 hours per week)
