Job details
Salary $21.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 70 to 80 hours bi-weekly
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Shift: Early morning, Morning, Day, 07:30 to 16:00
Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.
All weather conditions
Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Perform minor repairs on appliances
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
Building service worker course
