Process Executive – Supply Officer Associate Location : Toulouse, St. Nazaire, Marseille, Meaulte, Nantes, Rochefort Key Responsibilities - Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: ensuring delivery of orders on time, Purchase Order management, Invoice issue handling, GR (Goods receipt) issues handling, PR to PO conversion - To interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work - Interact closely with Front Officer for any clarifications, complex work, and updates - Provide weekly operational reports - Document process documentation and standard methodologies - Participate in team and customer meetings Requirements - Good French (min. C1) - Good English (min.
