Software Designer

Build the future with us– design, evolve, and administer software development platforms and practices at the corporate level. You will drive the adoption of DevSecOps tools, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high‑performing, secure, and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and enhance software development platforms (Azure DevOps Services, GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, etc.). Manage access rights, updates, configuration, and feature activation for development tools. Support delivery teams in adopting DevSecOps tools and practices. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines.Gather and analyze the needs of development teams (integration, security, testing, deployment). Design standards, templates, automations, and tool integrations aligned with identified needs. Design and evolve reusable components and integrations. Ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions.Produce detailed designs in compliance with IT architecture standards. Collaborate with solution architects to ensure technological consistency. Participate in solution reviews and IT governance committees. Act as a technical leader for delivery teams. Make technology trade‑offs and support the resolution of complex issues.Promote knowledge transfer and continuous improvement. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on security, compliance, cost, and reusability criteria. Integrate FinOps considerations into proposed solutions. Conduct technology watch activities and propose improvements aligned with internal standards.Produce and maintain technical documentation (designs, guides, procedures, runbooks). Provide technical guidance to internal and external resources. Support production releases and post‑deployment activities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, mathematics, or a related field. 10 years of information technology experience, including at least 5 years in a related area of expertise. Experience with software development management tools (Azure DevOps Services, GitHub, etc.).Strong expertise in software solution design and development. Mastery of modern development tools and platforms. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Recognized technical leadership and influencing skills. Advanced proficiency in both French and English, for collaboration, communication, and documentation.Benefits
