Job Title: Machinist Job Location: Bagotville, QC Job Code: 34427 Job Schedule: Day Shift Compensation Range: $60,000 - 100,000 CDN annually Essential Functions

Inspect, repair, machine, and modify CF-18 components in the machine shop. Manufacture, machine, and modify special tools. Support the manufacturing of metal tubes used on the CF-18 aircraft. Attend training and information sessions as required. Keep Lead Hand or Supervisor informed on technical problems, schedule problems, additional requirements, and technician welfare.Follow Tool Control rules and regulations. Consult reference documentation such as CFTOs, work processes, and other related documentation. Complete forms, aircraft registers, and other documentation properly and as required. Carry out tasks assigned by the Lead Hand or Team Supervisor. Compliance Responsibilities (ACS)

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post‑secondary education with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Training in manual, semi‑automated, or automated tools and machines (lathes, CNC, milling machines, etc.). Ability to read and understand instructions and technical drawings.Knowledge of inspecting, repairing, and machining components. Preferred Additional Skills

Knowledge of DMS Knowledge of SAP Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Positive oral and written communication skills in both French and English. Endorsement on CF188 (asset) Eligibility Criteria

Eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program. Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
