Role The Team Leader must ensure a regular presence on the production floor, analyze problems and implement solutions after confirming with the production director.
Follow up/verify production documents during and after the shift: missing, unsigned or incomplete documents
Inspect the line after a shutdown or repair
Manage employee breaks on the floor
Complete documents for inspections during production (ensure tools are put away, cleaning done, GMPs respected, etc.)
Complete/follow incident reports on the quality and OHS tablet, participate in accident investigations
Ensure application of occupational health and safety rules/procedures/policies (lockout, wearing gloves, Dupont stop, forklift inspection and other audit)
Ensure employees wear PPE properly (especially gloves, glasses)
Respond to different requests/problems from production employees and, if necessary, act as an operator on the production line
Run the plant at a minimum (leave the plant, shut down the plant, prepare for a defrost, follow up during and after a defrost, bleacher, optical sorter, R2)
Organize the work of your team and manage production planning based on resources (human, technical, supply, security, etc.)
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position
Experience working in a food factory is an asset
Rigour and organization
Quality interpersonal communication
Master production software (MXP, BlueBee, Paperless, Google Drive)
