As a Student – Associate, Consultant Support, you will play a key role in optimizing the team’s efficiency by taking charge of administrative, operational, and customer service tasks.Responsibilities
Prepare and organize client documentation, reports, and meeting documents for the consultants. Provide assistance in processing account openings, asset transfers, changes in investments, and beneficiary updates. Ensure the accuracy and updating of client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) and financial planning software.Process participant requests in the administrative systems. Ensure operational efficiency and process improvement. Qualifications
Is currently studying at the college or university in a related field. Is recognised for collaboration within a team. Has strong organisational and administrative skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks. Has a strong sense of analysis. Possesses proficiency in French and an advanced level of knowledge of English to communicate daily with internal English‑speaking colleagues and external stakeholders by email and phone.Knowledge of group retirement plans, wealth management, or the insurance field (asset). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, and the ability to quickly learn new software or technologies (asset). Benefits
