What you will accomplish with us As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the core of delivering strategic technology solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

Translating business needs into technology solutions and ensuring delivery aligned with architectural design

Leading solution governance by proposing, reviewing, and approving architecture decisions in accordance with enterprise guidelines

Ensuring seamless integration of solutions within existing ecosystems and proposing pragmatic workarounds when needed Guaranteeing solution integrity and quality from design through delivery (end-to-end)

Aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives and contributing to process optimization

Providing multidisciplinary leadership to delivery teams and internal/external partners

Supporting project success by contributing to timeline, scope, and budget management

Ensuring traceability of architectural decisions and maintaining related documentation

Enforcing architecture methodologies and processes within the organization

Contributing to the evolution of architecture frameworks in collaboration with enterprise architecture

Maintaining accurate information related to applications under your responsibility

Performing ongoing technology watch to identify best practices and emerging trends

What will help you succeed in this role We are looking for someone who:

Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

Has a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in architecture roles

Demonstrates strong expertise in the

ServiceNow platform

(ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Now Assist, etc.)

Is recognized for strong leadership within multidisciplinary teams

Has solid knowledge of cloud environments (security, integration, performance, etc.)

Can effectively manage complex, multi-dimensional initiatives

Excels in communication, simplification, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Thrives in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments

Has experience in large-scale transformation initiatives

Is familiar with DevOps, Agile, Lean, MVP, and ITIL practices

Is fluent in French (spoken and written)

Intermediate level of English required, as the role involves , leading meetings, presenting solutions, and producing documentation with internal and external partners, on a daily basis.
