Product Owner– Identity and Access Management (IAM)
As an IAM Product Owner, you will simplify, centralize, and strengthen identity governance solutions, notably through the deployment of a strategic SaaS solution. Responsibilities
Take a critical view of integration with IAM processes and collaborate on defining and prioritizing integration activities. Translate the product vision into clear objectives to deliver integrations within budget and timeline commitments. Ensure ongoing management of the product backlog and development of user stories.Manage the delivery plan and monitor progress. Analyze issues, assess the impact of scope changes, and propose appropriate solutions. Adjust integration-related processes as the product evolves. Support team members in clarifying business requirements. Participate in the development of identity lifecycle event management processes.Work closely with the security architect and designers to define delivery, implementation, and operational strategies. Contribute, alongside the security architect and product manager, to the development of the organization’s Identity product roadmap. Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and challenge existing processes.Demonstrate sensitivity to identity management issues and cybersecurity challenges. Collaborate with external partners such as Saviynt and KPMG to ensure the success of initiatives. Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar product management role. Strong, mobilizing leadership in complex environments with proven collaboration with technical teams and business partners.Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritize needs effectively. Experience with identity management platforms such as SailPoint and/or Saviynt. Solid knowledge of Azure / Entra ID and enterprise application concepts. Proficiency in Lean and Agile principles, applied effectively in a team-based environment.Strong adaptability and quick learning of new technologies. Knowledge of YAML, Terraform, and CI/CD processes (asset). Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Intermediate level of English, as the role requires daily collaboration with English‑speaking vendors. Benefits
