Description

Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6-week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This would vary depending on project and client requirements Start Date: Approximately May 25, 2026. Duration: 3 months; may vary depending on project and client requirementsRate: $23.00 - $30.00 (Payrates are based upon level of experience and Tech Level/Certifications) Location&Travel: Quebec, Flights and accommodations provided Please note a pre-employment D&A will be required for this position Responsibilities

Manage and track all onsite inventory including tools, parts, and consumables for wind turbine maintenance activities Coordinate material requests with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely availability of required components Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slipsMaintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and spreadsheets Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder materials to avoid downtime Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety compliance Coordinate logistics for shipping, returns, and transfers between sites or warehousesSupport outage planning by ensuring all required materials are staged and available ahead of scheduled work Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits Work closely with procurement, operations, and site leadership teams Requirements

Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or logistics (industrial or energy sector preferred) GWO Certifications BST, BTT and ART Bilingual in English and French (strongly preferred) Experience supporting field teams in construction, wind, oil&gas, or similar industries is a strong asset Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Proficient with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently in a remote or site-based environment Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholdersPhysically capable of lifting, moving, and organizing materials as required Valid driver's license (site access may require travel) Preferred Qualifications

Experience in wind turbine maintenance or renewable energy projects Knowledge of safety procedures and site compliance standards Perks
