Senior Courier with FedEx, Québec

Drive efficient deliveries as a Senior Courier at FedEx. In this role, you will manage routes, mentor employees, and promote sales to drive revenue growth.

As a Senior Courier, you will operate company vehicles and cover routes as needed. With a focus on excellence, you will mentor hourly employees while demonstrating strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Key Responsibilities:• Operate company vehicles completing at least 15 routes per shift • Deliver and pick up packages efficiently on a floating basis • Mentor hourly employees, displaying communication and leadership • Promote sales and generate potential incremental revenue

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum one year courier experience required • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs packages • Bilingual in French and English if located in Quebec
