Job Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer contributes to the creation and execution of visual content across digital and print platforms for MACKAGE and SOIA&KYO. This role supports creative and marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with brand identity, visual standards, and project timelines. The individual collaborates closely with the creative team, adapts visual assets based on feedback, and manages multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. The role also requires staying up to date with graphic design trends and emerging creative technologies, including AI‑powered tools, to support evolving team and business needs.What you’ll do

Provide support to create graphics, layouts, and visual assets across digital and print platforms. Develop visual assets on a seasonal basis that reflect the brand and creative vision for newsletters, social media, video content, and other marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team (e.g., lookbooks, mood boards, storyboards).Assist with image editing, color correction, and preparation of final files for print and digital delivery. Perform light video edits and basic visual adjustments to support marketing content. Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand guidelines, visual standards, and tone of voice.Refine and adapt AI‑generated outputs to ensure consistency with brand standards and production quality. What you’ll bring

Education:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field. Experience:

1 to 3 years of professional experience including internships, academic projects, or entry‑level roles. Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical skills, and design execution. Technical skills&competencies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Familiarity with basic video editing tools is an asset. Familiarity with AI design and content generation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, etc.) is an asset. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Strong attention to detail and organization. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to learn.
