The Senior Lithography Engineer role focuses on supporting the CPFC by leading projects involving ASML steppers and mask aligners. Your expertise will drive the optimization and validation of photolithography processes while collaborating with product engineers and clients. This position requires extensive hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize photolithography processes for efficiency - Lead cross-functional projects to resolve process issues - Establish criteria for new processes and products - Collaborate on design rules with engineers and clients - Create technical documentation and maintenance support Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Physical, Chemical, or Materials Sciences - Minimum of eight years in semiconductor manufacturing - Experience with ASML tools and lithography processes - Knowledge of III-V semiconductor platforms - Proven track record managing technical partnerships Utilize your expertise in photolithography and semiconductor manufacturing to drive advancements at the CPFC.
