Federal Government Clearance Level Required: Secret (Level II) About Us Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Hybrid Change Management Consultant for our Federal Givernmant client in Ottawa, ON. Position Summary Our client is seeking a senior Change Management Consultant to support their Personnel Management System (PMS) digital modernization initiative and help establish a dedicated Change Management capability. Key Responsibilities: Design enterprise change management frameworks, governance structures, and operating models Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies Conduct change readiness and organizational impact assessments Support executive governance and transformation planning Develop coaching, mentoring, and organizational capability-building approaches Support performance measurement, reporting, and adoption monitoring Work closely with PMOs, project teams, and senior leadership within a large-scale digital transformation environment Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of Change Management Consultant experience within the last 15 years Training, coaching, or capability development experience Preferred Qualifications: Certified Training and Development Professional designation French language capability Emerging technology / AI / automation change management experience Compensation: Salary Range: $85.00 – $100.00 per hour Submission Deadline: Wednesday, June 3 2026, 5:00pm EST How to Apply: Submit your resume (and cover letter) to: Our recruitment process is led by human recruiters who review all applications and make the final hiring decisions.
