Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Business System Analyst, level 3, for one of our key government clients. Qualifications A valid security clearance at the level of Secret; Hold a Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certification; A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a Business System Analyst within the last fifteen (15) years; A minimum of ten (10) years within the last fifteen (15) years of experience implementing ServiceNow modules; and A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years leading or conducting stakeholder engagement activities. Preferred Experience More than three (3) projects modernizing business processes using ServiceNow’s native capabilities, while engaging stakeholders effectively, and prioritizing sustainable, low-customization solutions.
