Key Responsibilities: - Develop architecture for SERDES transceivers adhering to standards - Design and verify high-performance analog circuits - Collaborate with CAD and digital teams for design success - Present results to internal and external stakeholders - Supervise layout issues for circuit reliability Requirements: - Ph.D. with 6+ years or M.Sc. with 8+ years of experience - Expertise in SERDES sub-circuits and transistor-level design - Proficient in SPICE simulation and schematic tools - Knowledge of scripting languages including TCL and Python - Solid documentation and communication skills Drive innovations in SERDES design at Synopsys while supporting customer satisfaction and product reliability.
