As an intern, your 3 to 6-month on-site role will involve actively engaging with guests, taking and serving orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will have the opportunity to develop essential skills while ensuring compliance with service regulations.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify and fulfill guests' needs for exceptional service • Aid in the preparation and closure of the bar and catering area • Promptly take and serve food and drink orders • Ensure cleanliness of workspaces and equipment • Follow legal regulations regarding alcohol service

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Restaurant experience is a useful asset • Must be able to lift/carry loads up to 50 lb • Ability to work under pressure effectively • Strong interpersonal communication skills
