General Labourer (Amherstburg)

Santerra Stonecraft is hiring General Labourers to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing: - Repairing pallets and cleaning mixers - Sorting and handling concrete products - Supporting production and equipment maintenance - Keeping work areas, yard, and shipping/receiving clean and organized - Following all health & safety procedures and wearing PPE - Helping maintain product quality standards - Performing heavy, physical work throughout the day What We’re Looking For: - Manufacturing or hands-on work experience is an asset - Forklift certification is a bonus (not required) - Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and dusty environments - Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn - Good team player with a strong work ethic - Able to get to and from work reliably What We Offer: - Steady full-time hours (45–60 per week) - Overtime paid after 44 hours - Chance to learn and grow into machine operator roles - 90-day probation period - Supportive team environment If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
