Die Polisher Assembler, York

Polishing and assembly of Extrusion systems. The Die Polisher / Assembler is responsible for the precision polishing and assembly of extrusion die systems and related production components. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings to accurately assemble parts.Polish and assemble extrusion die systems to required specifications· Assemble inline production attachments and components · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions · Use measuring tools, including calipers, to verify dimensions and tolerances · Operate hand and power tools such as pencil grinders, reciprocating files, drill presses, and belt sanders· Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and workmanship · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area · Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications&Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience Experience using precision measuring tools Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment Prior experience in polishing, assembly, or a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Full-time with benefits.
