Nurse aide (Aurora)

Education: Other trades certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort Perform other duties related to personal care Supply and empty bed pans Take patients'' blood pressure, temperature and pulse Serve meal trays and feed patients Weigh, lift, turn and position patients Make beds and maintain patients'' rooms Supervise patients'' exercise routines Administer suppositories, colonic irrigations and enemas Bathe, dress and groom patients Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher Collect specimens Co-ordinate recreation activities Administer medications Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses CPR Certificate Health Care Aide Certificate Employment terms options Evening Employment terms options Day Weekend Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 75 hours bi-weekly Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ndhaq
