Duties - Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out construction, carpentry, and repair tasks - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to execute work accurately - Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and equipment safely and efficiently - Apply caulking, sealing, and other finishing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing - Conduct general handyman duties including repairs, installations, and maintenance across various sites - Assist with project setup, cleanup, and material organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards Requirements - Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles with hands-on familiarity with tools and techniques - Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately - Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work preferred - Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday - Solid knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and tool use - Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is essential - Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is a plus - Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environmental conditions This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with practical construction skills seeking a dynamic role in a professional environment.
