Interior design firm growing quickly and we need you to become a part of our team. We are looking for staff that will grow with us, and become a permanent team member. Residential/Commercial Interior Design and Build firm seeking Office Assistant/Receptionist 37.5 hours a week. Schedule can be flexible for the right candidate. Must be very organized and have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and must have an excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Answering phones - Maintain filing - Booking meetings and appointments - Bookeeping duties in quickbooks (Making invoices, logging expenses) - Change orders/budgets - Purchase orders, material tracking and booking deliveries - Client and supplier communications - General office duties and clean up - Must read, write and speak English fluently - Bonus if you are proficient in Mailchimp or social media Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental care - Extended health care - Adaptable schedule - On-site parking - Vision care Experience: - Quickbooks: 1 year (required) Language: - English (required) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ny1l2
