Landscape Construction professional builds and transforms outdoor environments from the ground up. They read blueprints to install Cabana's, decks, fences, outdoor kitchens. This physically demanding role requires using various power tools to bring landscape designs to life. Key Responsibilities Hardscaping: Framing and finishing of Cabana's, Decks, Fences Site Preparation: Read and interpret landscape designs, blueprints, and project specifications. Equipment Operation: Safely operate power tools.( Saws, Drills, Nail guns) Project Management: Ensure projects are completed efficiently, manage material inventory, and assist the crew foreman with daily progress tracking. Quality & Safety: Follow all local health and safety regulations, maintain a clean job site, and conduct safety inspections on all equipment. Core Requirements Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction techniques, blueprint reading, and Carpentry Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in Carpentry or a closely related field. Certifications: Valid driver’s license (with a clean abstract ). Certifications in fall protection, or first aid are major assets. Teamwork: Solid communication skills to interact with clients, project architects, and crew members.
