Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with Pur & Simple’s established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to standardized recipes and quality expectations - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times - Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed - Assist with daily food preparation, opening and closing duties, and kitchen organization - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations - Uphold Pur & Simple’s brand standards and commitment to exceptional guest experiences Qualifications - Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a line cook or in a comparable kitchen role - Prior experience in breakfast or brunch service is considered a strong asset - Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain) - Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure - Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills - Availability for early morning shifts (typically between 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.) What We Offer - Daytime-only hours – enjoy your evenings free - Positive and qualified work culture - Competitive compensation with opportunities for advancement - Staff meals and employee discounts - Supportive management and training opportunities What we need is SIMPLE actually... we want PUR'ly passionate people who love people and the hospitality business.
