About The Role Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position plays a key role in driving financial visibility across the organization. You will work closely with various business functions to support planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives, helping translate business activity into meaningful financial insights. What You’ll Do Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making Analyze financial results and investigate variances to identify trends and insights Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial performance Provide recommendations to improve profitability and overall business efficiency Assist with pricing, cost management, and other performance-related initiatives Prepare regular reporting and present key insights to leadership Monitor and track key performance indicators across the business Contribute to ongoing process improvements and enhancements to reporting capabilities What You Bring 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis A university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field CPA designation is preferred Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement Why Join This is an chance to step into a high-impact role within a team-oriented and performance-driven environment.
