Key Responsibilities:• Implement and follow AgeCare policies and procedures • Maintain communication with healthcare team members • Ensure all resident care needs are addressed • Direct activities of Personal Support Workers for caregiver support • Participate in shift reports for consistent updates

Requirements:• Knowledge of long-term care and geriatric nursing • Understanding of applicable health regulations and laws • Valid Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario • Active membership with the College of Nurses • Passion for delivering quality care to residents
