Evening Reception Concierge at Amica, Aurora

Become the face of Amica Aurora Promenade as an Evening Reception Concierge on a 6-month contract. Provide welcoming service and efficient administrative support to enhance the daily lives of residents.

In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and their visitors during evening hours, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Strong customer service skills and the ability to navigate administrative tasks are key to your success, ensuring smooth interactions throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly • Assist with front-desk inquiries and information • Handle phone calls and manage messages appropriately • Support team members with basic accounting needs • Keep resident file systems well-maintained

Requirements:• Proficient with MS Office tools • Previous office work experience is desirable • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
