Production Facility Cleaning Associate (Aurora)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Facility Cleaning Associate to maintain cleanliness and safety standards within our manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring a hygienic, organized, and compliant workspace that supports efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to facility upkeep. Duties - Cleaning and maintaining production floors and work areas - Assisting machine operators with keeping their stations clean and organized - Preparing completed boxes/skids for shipment - Wrapping and organizing pallets/skids for shipping - Supporting general warehouse and production operations as needed - Following workplace safety and sanitation procedures Experience - Reliable and punctual - Able to lift and move boxes/materials when required - Strong attention to cleanliness and organization - Positive attitude and willingness to help the team - Previous warehouse or cleaning experience is an asset, but not required This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the operational success of our production facility by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
