Tattoo Artist (Aurora)

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and professional Tattoo Artist with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for body art, excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to sanitation and safety standards. Prior experience in related beauty or hospitality services is a plus, but a genuine passion for tattoo artistry and customer satisfaction are essential. Responsibilities - Create custom tattoo designs based on client requests and consultations - Ensure all tattoo procedures adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols - Maintain a clean and sterile work environment throughout each session - Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the tattoo process and aftercare instructions - Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records - Upsell related products such as aftercare creams or skincare items to enhance client satisfaction - Educate clients on the tattoo process, design options, and aftercare procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth studio operations and uphold studio standards Skills - Strong artistic ability with proficiency in drawing and design software (preferred) - Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain procedures - Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to tattooing and body art environments - Customer service experience, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients - Ability to upsell products and services in a professional manner - Experience or familiarity with retail sales, front desk operations, or guest services is advantageous This position is ideal for creative individuals passionate about body art who thrive in a customer-focused environment.
