Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender /server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in training recent staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards. Serve food to guests Skills Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within the food service industry is preferred. Solid math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Robust communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a team-oriented team environment.
