Production Supervisor in Aurora

Requirements: • 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing • Strong understanding of production workflows • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills • Experience with production KPIs and performance monitoring • Hands-on experience with mold setup and troubleshooting
