Competitive commission split + gratuities Supportive, close-knit team Loyal clientele who value ongoing care What You’ll Do - Provide exceptional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s therapeutic needs and wellness goals - Conduct thorough client assessments and review health histories to ensure safe, effective treatments - Create and update treatment plans and maintain accurate, confidential client files - Communicate clearly with clients, offering professional recommendations and follow-up care suggestions - Collaborate with other service providers by sharing relevant client information when needed - Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming between sessions - Support client retention by encouraging rebooking and ensuring a positive end-of-visit experience - Participate in team meetings and training, contributing ideas that enhance client care and spa operations - Uphold all CMTO standards, ethics, and professional guidelines What We’re Looking For - Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) - Strong communication and client-care skills - A skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Commitment to cleanliness, confidentiality, and ethical practice Why Join Body Beautiful Day Spa?
