Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals under the supervision of the chef or kitchen manager. Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of prepared items. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Assist with basic meal preparation during busy service times to support the culinary team. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen safety. Experience Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous. Experience with food preparation, meal assembly, or dishwashing roles demonstrates familiarity with kitchen operations. A robust understanding of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is desirable.
