Job Overview We are seeking a talented and professional Tattoo Artist with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for body art, excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to sanitation and safety standards. Prior experience in related beauty or hospitality services is a plus, but a genuine passion for tattoo artistry and customer satisfaction are essential. Responsibilities Create custom tattoo designs based on client requests and consultations Ensure all tattoo procedures adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols Maintain a clean and sterile work environment throughout each session Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the tattoo process and aftercare instructions Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records Upsell related products such as aftercare creams or skincare items to enhance client satisfaction Educate clients on the tattoo process, design options, and aftercare procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth studio operations and uphold studio standards Skills Robust artistic ability with proficiency in drawing and design software (preferred) Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain procedures Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to tattooing and body art environments Customer service experience, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients Ability to upsell products and services in a professional manner Experience or familiarity with retail sales, front desk operations, or guest services is advantageous This position is ideal for creative individuals passionate about body art who thrive in a customer-focused environment.
