Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Facility Cleaning Associate to maintain cleanliness and safety standards within our manufacturing workplace. This role is essential in ensuring a hygienic, organized, and compliant workspace that supports efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to facility upkeep. Duties Cleaning and maintaining production floors and work areas Assisting machine operators with keeping their stations clean and organized Preparing completed boxes/skids for shipment Wrapping and organizing pallets/skids for shipping Supporting general warehouse and production operations as needed Following workplace safety and sanitation procedures Experience Reliable and punctual Able to lift and move boxes/materials when required Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Positive attitude and willingness to help the team Previous warehouse or cleaning experience is an asset, but not required This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the operational success of our production facility by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained setting.
