Bilingual Order Entry Representative Our client is a well-established marketing and advertising company recognized for its creativity, collaboration, and long-standing client partnerships. They are currently seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Inside Sales & Order Entry Representative to join their team and support one of their long-tenured, high-value clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and reliability. Responsibilities: - Manage and process B2B client orders from entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing attentive service and timely updates. - Proactively identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities for additional marketing, print, or promotional solutions. - Respond to client inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status with professionalism and urgency. - Coordinate with account management, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment. - Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, supporting business development efforts. - Maintain detailed records of communications, orders, and sales activity using CRM and ERP systems. - Support seasonal campaigns, special projects, and client initiatives as required. Skills and Qualifications: - Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). - 2+ years of experience in inside sales, order entry, or customer service, ideally within a marketing, advertising, print, or manufacturing environment. - Proven ability to build rapport with B2B clients and identify growth opportunities through consultative communication. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of the sales and fulfillment cycle. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systems; Salesforce or equivalent experience is an asset. - Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
