Server/bartender Aurora

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a rapid-paced workplace. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while managing their drink orders. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a positive experience for every guest. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with familiarity in the food industry being a plus. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
