What you’ll do: - Ensure occupancy and waiting list targets are met - Work with the General Manager and Senior Director, Sales & Marketing to develop a marketing plan, including budget management and submits regular reporting on same. - Undertake efforts to stay informed about the competitive landscape - Develop and execute an annual community outreach plan, and attend relevant industry conferences and seminars - Assist with the set up and maintenance of model and guest suites as required - Other duties as required What you bring: - Post-secondary education preferably in Business or Hospitality Management with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Community or Public Relations, or at least 5 years’ experience in a related industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as computer literacy - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Flexibility to work at various times of day including evenings and/or weekends Pay range: $62,000 to $72,000 plus bonus Delmanor is proud to be an equal chance employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, free of discrimination and harassment.
