This greenfield chance lies within a high-growth organization with over 6,500 employees and billions in annual revenue. The platform is in its early stages, and the company is assembling a small, elite team of Rust engineers to define its future. Starting with a core group of 8 engineers, the team is set to scale to 100, with the Principal Rust Engineer playing a central role in this expansion. A demonstrated history of guiding systems from initial design through production and ongoing maintenance. Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapid-paced settings with evolving priorities. Ability to balance technical execution with strategic, product-focused thinking. Compensation & Perks: Base salary: $150,000 - $285,000 (based on experience and location).
